Refund Policy

We aim to provide complete satisfaction. Please read our refund terms carefully.

1. No Refund After Course Start

Fees cannot be refunded once:

1. The student has attended any class,
2. Online access/materials have been provided.

2. Refund Before Course Start

A partial refund may be provided only if requested within 48 hours of payment and before classes begin.

Administrative charges may apply.

3. Batch Change

If a student cannot continue due to genuine reasons:

1. They may request a batch change
2. Approval depends on seat availability

4. Course Discontinuation by Institute

If we cancel or discontinue a batch, students may choose:

1. A full refund
2. A free shift to another batch

5. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
